The Become Hang It kit has two parts. There's the hanging and leveling tool (blue) on peak and the parts container on the lesser. The cool part is that the 2 parts fasten together so that everything is contained in one handy set.

I have found the Become Hang It all-in-ane picture hanging & leveling tool to be user-friendly and to exist relatively piece of cake to apply. I especially like the magnetic cardinal tools for sawtooth hangers. However, I do recall that you'll still want to practice some measuring, then including a tape measure with this kit would be a fantastic addition.
